These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rook AI's website, apps, and messaging program ("Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you are using Rook on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

The Services

Rook provides an AI-powered sales-coaching platform that captures sales interactions at a business's location, transcribes and scores them, identifies the speaking employee, and delivers coaching, leaderboards, and reports to employees, managers, and owners.

Accounts and eligibility

Employee accounts are created by the business that enrolls the employee. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.

SMS / text messaging terms

By providing consent to receive texts from Rook (or having your employer obtain that consent on your behalf), you agree to receive account and coaching notification text messages, such as account setup links and reminders when a coaching drill is assigned.

• Message frequency varies — typically a one-time onboarding message plus up to a few coaching reminders per week.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your mobile number and SMS consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to view, interfering with the Services, or using them to violate any law or the rights of others.

Data and privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Coaching scores and suggestions are generated by automated systems and may contain errors; they are tools to assist, not a substitute for management judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rook is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
